How long do I have to return my order?
You can request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.
After submitting your return request, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, you can either:
- submit your request through our Request a Return or Cancellation page in the Help Center, or
- contact us at support@yuink.co with your order number.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as customers are responsible for the return shipment until it has been delivered to us.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.
We do not provide return shipping labels.
What condition should my return be in?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, complete, and including all accessories originally provided.
Does the original packaging matter?
Yes. Original packaging is considered part of the product.
For many of our products, the sealed plastic packaging is part of the original packaging. We recommend keeping all original packaging intact until you are certain you wish to keep the item.
If the condition of the product or its original packaging, including any sealed plastic packaging, reduces its resale value, we may deduct the corresponding loss in value from your refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Any deduction due to loss in value will be reflected in the refunded amount.
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
Why didn't I receive a full refund?
If the returned item or its original packaging is used, damaged, incomplete, or returned in a condition that reduces its resale value, we may deduct the corresponding loss in value from your refund.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@yuink.co as soon as possible and include your order number together with photos of the item and its packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution.
