How long does delivery take?
All orders are carefully packed and processed within 1–2 business days.
After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Netherlands: 1 - 2 business days
- Belgium & Germany: 2 - 4 business days

How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
We ship all orders via DPD with tracking information included.
Do you offer pickup point delivery?
Yes. For orders within the Netherlands, you can choose DPD Service Point Delivery at checkout. After completing payment, you will be able to select your preferred pickup location.
If you forget to select your preferred pickup location, please contact us as soon as possible at support@yuink.co. Otherwise, a nearby pickup location may be automatically assigned to your order.
What happens if I am not home when my parcel arrives?
If you are not home at the time of delivery, DPD may deliver your parcel to a nearby pickup point, leave it with a neighbour, or arrange another delivery attempt depending on the carrier’s policy.

What if my parcel shows as delivered but I have not received it?
Please first check whether the parcel has been left with a neighbour or delivered to a nearby pickup location.
If you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact us with your order number and tracking information, and we will help investigate the issue.
Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@yuink.co.
We will try our best to help, but changes may not be possible once your order has been processed or shipped.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@yuink.co.
We will do our best to help if your order has not yet been processed. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you can request a return after receiving your order, in accordance with our Return Policy.
Do I need to pay customs fees?
For orders within the EU, no import duties or customs fees will be charged. All prices include 21% Dutch VAT.
