Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs

Orders within the Netherlands OVER €59: Free shipping.
Orders within the Netherlands below €59: Standard shipping fees apply.

Delivery Area

We currently only ship within the Netherlands (NL).

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Method

Standard shipping applies to all orders.
Estimated delivery time: 1–5 business days within the Netherlands.

Return Policy

14-day Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Return Procedure

To start a return, please first contact us at support@yuink.co.

Please note that customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment, and we do not provide return shipping labels. Any items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. Please note that we can only approve the refund if the item is in a condition suitable for resale.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages & Exchanges

Damages and Issues

Every item we send out is brand-new and carefully checked for quality, under good packaging protection. Due to shipping, very minor imperfections or tiny blemishes that are hardly noticeable may occur; these are not considered as damages.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
